HBF is governed by its volunteer Board of Trustees, which can include up to 21 members.  Trustees and officers are elected annually in March at the Foundation's Annual Meeting.  Trustees may serve up to two consecutive three-year terms.  Officers may be elected for a maximum of two consecutive one-year terms.
