In a city renown for historic architecture, this tour celebrates the creative and distinctive contemporary architecture that interprets the Lowcountry and gives it a definite 21^st century look.

Beaufort boasts some of the best of southern architecture since building began here in the 18th century. This year’s tour features three of the Lowcountry’s most accomplished architectural firms – Hefner Residential Architecture, Frederick & Frederick Architects and Montgomery Architecture & Planning — and celebrates the best in creative and distinctive Lowcountry contemporary residential architecture. The 2023 Tour includes properties on Cane Island, Lady’s Island, Distant Island, Spanish Point and Islands of Beaufort.
