HBF’s 2024 Winter Lecture Series will feature Dr. John M. McCardell, Dr. Larry S. Rowland and Dr. Stephen R. Wise. Thursdays – February 1, February 8, & February 15th. USCB Center for the Arts, Doors open at 4:45pm.

We are delighted to announce that South Carolina’s leading Southern historians – Dr.’s John M. McCardell, Larry S. Rowland and Stephen R. Wise will be returning to HBF’s Winter Lecture Series in 2024 to share their unprecedented knowledge. The three-week series entitled “Partisans, Patriots, Founders: Beaufort, South Carolina and the American Revolution” will focus on specific events that shaped the path of Beaufort’s changing role in the development of South Carolina and the role it has played in the broad scope of American History.
